Romax Build Works provides renovation contractor services including but not limited to:
All services are subject to availability and the specific scope agreed upon between Romax Build Works and the client.
All quotations provided by Romax Build Works are subject to on-site assessment and verification of actual conditions. Prices quoted are estimates based on information provided and may be revised after a detailed site inspection. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Additional works not included in the original quotation will be quoted separately and require client approval before commencement.
Payment terms will be outlined in the project quotation or contract. Generally, a deposit is required before work commences, with the remaining balance payable upon completion or as per the agreed payment schedule. All payments shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith based on standard conditions. Timelines may be affected by factors including material availability, weather conditions, permit approvals and client-requested changes. We will communicate any significant delays as soon as practicable.
Romax Build Works provides a workmanship warranty on completed projects as specified in the project agreement. The warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use and conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications or natural wear and tear. Warranty claims should be reported to us promptly.
Romax Build Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design elements, is the property of Romax Build Works and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
